Braised Beans with Sauce

Wash and cut the thread beans, wash and cut the sharp peppers according to size.

Control the water to dry, add oil to the pan and fry the string beans and peppers until soft, then add ginger, garlic, and star anise, and fry until fragrant.

Tips:
