Stir-fried Beans with Potatoes
1.
Cut garlic into thin slices.
2.
Remove both ends and bad parts of the thread beans, clean them, and cut them into 3 cm sections.
3.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into potato strips about the same length and thickness as the thread beans, not too thick.
4.
Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, add the aniseed, pepper and garlic flakes and sauté.
5.
Then add the thread beans and stir fry until the color changes.
6.
Add a pinch of salt and stir fry.
7.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
8.
Add an appropriate amount of water, about no more than the thread beans.
9.
Put the cut potato strips on the string beans, cover and turn to medium heat and simmer for a while.
10.
At this time, make a starch juice, put the starch in a clean bowl, add a little water and mix well.
11.
When the soup is almost dry, pour the starch juice into the pot, mix well, and take it out of the pot.
Tips:
Potatoes do not need to be blanched or soaked before sautéing, they retain their starch and taste better.
