Stir-fried Beans with Potatoes

Slice garlic into thin slices,

Remove the two ends and bad parts of the thread beans, clean them, and cut them into 3 cm sections.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into potato strips about the same length and thickness as the thread beans, not too thick.

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, add the aniseed when the oil is hot, pepper and garlic flakes until fragrant,

Then add the thread beans and stir fry until the color changes,

Add a little salt, stir fry,

Then add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry evenly,

Add an appropriate amount of water, and it’s about no more stringy beans.

Then put the cut potato strips on the string beans, cover and turn to medium heat and simmer for a while.

At this time, make a starch juice, put the starch in a clean bowl, add a little water and stir well,

When the soup is almost dry, pour the starch juice into the pot, mix well, and take it out of the pot.
Tips:
Potatoes do not need to be blanched or soaked before sautéing, they retain their starch and taste better.
