Braised Beef Noodles with Garlic Beans

I don’t ask for much beef. I have leftovers before. You can also use beans and eggs. It’s also delicious.

The noodles are steamed in a bamboo basket, shredded onion, cut beans into pieces, beef cut into strips and marinated (cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, starch)

Mince the garlic and stir-fry in oil. I also put in the special spices my mother gave, but you can put less pepper powder

Tear the steamed noodles loosely, stir in the minced garlic, stir evenly, so that the noodles are coated with garlic oil

The beef is cooked first and then ready for use

Stir-fry carob and onion with oil, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, stir evenly and add hot water, not too much, there is probably no such thing as a dish

Put the noodles in the pot and stir, so that the noodles are coated with the soup in the dish

Stir well, coat with soup, cover the lid and start to simmer the noodles, low heat

Simmer for two minutes, uncover and stir, you can see that after the noodles are simmered, the noodles have absorbed the soup and changed color. If the noodles are a little harder, you can continue to add water and continue to simmer

After basically simmering, put the beef, low heat, and stir for a while

It’s served in a small bowl for good looks, ha ha

It’s rare to rest for cooking on Saturdays and Sundays, and usually only have time to cook breakfast

Wash two vegetable peppers and put them in the refrigerator. Stir sesame oil, vinegar, and salt. Because green peppers are a refreshing dish, don’t use complicated cold salads. It’s refreshing when paired with braised noodles.
Tips:
1. Stir fried garlic with noodles. The noodles won’t get worse after being coated with oil. The craftsmanship taught by my mother;
2. There are two types of noodles by manual machines, so the soup in the dish depends on the situation when braising the noodles. It is best to put some first as shown in the picture.
