Braised Beef Tendon

Soak the beef tendon in water for 1 hour to remove blood particles.

Put the beef tendon and old brine in the pot and mix with water.

Prepare spices.

Wrap the halogen material in gauze and tie it tightly.
5.
Put the rock sugar and the brine bag into the pot and cook together.
6.
Add salt and light soy sauce. After boiling, cook on low heat for about an hour. Let cool and slice overnight.
