Braised Beef Tendon with Radish

Cut the cooked beef tendon into pieces.

Peel the radish and cut into pieces.
3.
Pour the oil on the bottom of the casserole and heat it up, then add sliced ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add the beef tendon and stir.
5.
Put the dark soy sauce, the white sugar will make the color.
6.
Put the radish and various spices in, and add some beef tendon soup.
7.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
