Braised Briquettes with Cherry Caramel

Core the cherries for later use

Preheat the pan, add unsalted butter, add thick toast and lumps into the pan and fry until it is browned and set aside

Take the cheese spread and put on the fried toast block and fry until the cheese is melted

Take out the fried cheese toast and cut into pieces

Caramel: Put white granulated sugar in the pot and melt slowly over low heat. After the caramel aroma comes out, add fresh milk and water and cook until evenly thick

After the caramel is thick, put it in toast and mix well

Put the toast cubes on a plate, put cherries on it, and grind in a little lemon zest.
Tips:
1. To remove the pits of the cherries. Just poke the bottom of the cherries with chopsticks and the pits will naturally come out from the other end.
