Fire Cloud Toast

The white is separated from the yolk.

Add egg whites with fine sugar and beat until stiff foaming.

Use a small spatula or spoon to spread the egg whites on the toast, slightly lower the middle, and pour the egg yolk.

Put it in the preheated oven, heat up and down at 150 degrees, bake the middle layer for about 10-15 minutes, and the surface of the egg whites will turn brown.

Tips:
1. You can put a few drops of lemon juice to remove the fishy smell when whisking the egg whites.
2. If the egg yolk is well-cooked, the baking time can be extended appropriately.
