Toast Poached Egg
1.
Make a simple white toast
2.
Cut a piece of thick toast, use a mold to press out a shape in the middle of the toast, don’t stick to a shape, whatever love, flowers, bears, molds you have, you can do it again, after all, you’re a small one. Cute, you have the final say.
3.
Pour a small amount of corn oil into a non-stick pan. When the oil is warm, turn to a low heat. Be sure to make a low heat, or it will make a little paste like mine.
4.
Put in toast, beat an egg in the middle, sprinkle some salt and white pepper, if you like black pepper, add black pepper, personally like white pepper.
5.
Fry on one side until the egg whites are solidified, then cover with a bread cover, turn it over and fry the other side. After the poached eggs are fried, they can be enjoyed with a little tomato sauce.
Pairing with a glass of milk is a simple breakfast.
