Ham and Egg Thick Sandwich
1.
Prepare a piece of thick toast and cut it in half, but don’t cut it
2.
Eggs, milk, black pepper and sea salt, stir well
3.
Pour into the pan and fry
4.
Add sliced ham and fry until the color changes
5.
Add butter to the toast and fry in the pan until slightly charred on both sides
6.
Then add sliced ham, sliced cheese and fried egg in turn
7.
Sprinkle with crushed Italian spices
8.
Eat it while it's hot
Tips:
1. The milk is added to make the egg taste more tender
2. The egg is slippery and discolored, not the usual scrambled eggs, don’t scramble too old
3. You can add salad dressing or mayonnaise. I personally don’t like salad dressing, so I didn’t add it
4. It tastes best when eaten hot
