Toast Becomes Popped Mochi in Seconds

Cut the toast into slices, spread on a baking tray, pour milk to soak the toast (make sure that each slice of toast is covered with milk)

Put mozzarella cheese on the toast, sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and white pepper, roll up and set aside

Dip the toast rolls with egg mixture and coat with flour
