Braised Cabbage with Lard

Clean the cabbage and set aside

Prepare the lard.

Boil the water in the pot and put in the lard to burn.
4.
Put in the good cabbage flowers.
5.
Stir-fry evenly, when the white flowers are half cooked, add refined salt to taste.

Stir-fry for a while, add monosodium glutamate, stir-fry well and transfer to a pan.
7.
Mix in steamed fish soy sauce and serve with sesame oil.
