Cast Iron Pot Beef Baked Rice

Cut beef into a bowl, add 1 tsp cornstarch, mix well, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/3 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp soda powder, 1 cooking wine If it is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of water until the water is absorbed. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to lock in the moisture. After the meat is cured, cover the lid to prevent moisture. Run away, let it stand for 1 teaspoon, put it in the refrigerator overnight for more delicious taste;

Prepare scallion white and scallion green tablets, shred ginger, and chop garlic;

Tips:
1. The amount of water used for cooking rice is the same as the amount of water used for cooking rice at ordinary times;
2. Friends who like to nest eggs can nest 1-2 eggs after the beef is cooked, or put them together with the beef, the eggs will be more cooked;
3. Add some light soy sauce and dark soy sauce when you enjoy it, it really feels like when eating claypot rice, iron pot rice also has rice char (cooked rice), which is particularly fragrant.
