Braised Changyu (new Dishes)

Green onions, ginger, and dried peppers.

Remove the internal organs and gills of the fish. After the fish is killed and washed, cut a few knives on both sides of the fish and marinate with salt, pepper and cooking wine for one hour.

Fresh bamboo shoots slices.

Add oil to the pot, sauté the chilies, and then saute the scallions and ginger.

Add water, add fish, add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, balsamic vinegar, bamboo shoot slices, bring to a boil on high heat, simmer for 15 minutes on low heat, turn over once or twice in the middle.

Sprinkle some ingredients, pepper, and collect the juice.
