Braised Chestnut Chicken

Prepare half a chicken, 250g chestnuts, 2 green onions, and 1 ginger.

Wash the ingredients, cut the grass chicken into pieces, mince the green onions, and cut the ginger into pieces.

Put the grass chicken to a boil in cold water, and then wash it.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and chicken nuggets.

Pour the cooking wine.

Pour in the dark soy sauce, stir well, and add appropriate amount of water.

Bring to a boil, add the five-spice powder, and simmer for 40 minutes on medium and low heat.

Add chestnuts and sugar and stir well.

Continue to simmer for 15 minutes.

After the soup thickens, sprinkle in the chopped green onion to serve.
Tips:
1. Boil the grass chicken in cold water and wash to remove the bloody smell.
