Braised Chicken Wings

Prepare five fresh chicken wings and wash them. If it is quick-frozen chicken wings, defrost them in advance. Change the back of chicken wings to knife!

Blanch the chicken wings and put cooking wine in the water to remove the fishy smell.

Put the chicken wings in a dish and drain the water.

Put oil in the pan and fry the chicken wings golden brown.

Both sides are browned.

Put Haitian flavour very fresh [you can also add fresh soy sauce, dark soy sauce with color], white sugar and star anise in the pot, open the lid and let it blanch.
7.
Collect the juice.

The food is out of the pot, put it on the plate, and add cooked sesame seeds [too busy, there is no decoration on the plate].
Tips:
If you make cola chicken wings, change the soy sauce and sugar to cola; if you make beer chicken wings, change the soy sauce and sugar to beer.
