Braised Crescent Bone

Wash the crescent bone with clean water and soak for 2 hours to remove blood.

Boil the crescent bone in a pot with warm water, add 1 tablespoon of rice wine, and boil for 5 minutes.

Prepare the seasoning

Put the seasoning and crescent bone in the pot and add water to cover the bone. Press for 30 minutes, wait for the steam to drain, and then turn it on again. Be sure to pay attention to safety.

Put the original soup in a separate pot, put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt. Put in the pressed bones and bring to a boil.

Tips:
