Braised Crocodile Meat

The crocodile meat is scalded with an open fire, the skin is torn off, and the pieces are cut.

Go to the coat and fry the garlic until fragrant.

Turn the pot on fire, add the jerky crocodile meat and stir-fry until the outer layer is a little burnt, and beat up.

Wash the pot and heat it with oil, green onions, myrtle root, cinnamon, star anise, wind cane, brown sugar, dried chili, tea sauce, soybean paste, and crocodile meat. Stir fry together.

Stir-fry until the crocodile meat is colored, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and fried garlic water, cover it, and simmer it for 25 minutes.

Add onions, adjust the flavor, and cook for another 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with pepper and sesame oil, and serve directly.
