Crocodile Meat Stewed Cordyceps Flower

Ingredients: crocodile meat, cordyceps flower, ginger.

Boil water in a pot, turn off the heat when the water is boiled, and blanch the crocodile skin down.

Tear off the outer scales while it is hot. If there are areas that are not clean, just burn them again until the outer skin is completely torn off.

Cut the crocodile meat into pieces.
