Braised Double Mushrooms with Chestnut

Wash the ingredients and set aside.

Shiitake mushrooms, all four mushrooms, carrots, green peppers, cut into small slices, and green onion and ginger into cubes.

Bring water to a boil, add salt, add carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and mushrooms to blanch water.
