4. Pour into the braising pot, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine. After 10 minutes of medium heat, change to low heat for 30-40 minutes. Turn over frequently in the middle so that the duck pieces can be coated with the sauce.

Tips:

If you put rice wine or cooking wine, you don't need to add water. Be careful not to dry out the juice.
