Braised Duck

Wash the duck and cut into pieces, boil in water for 3 minutes, take it out and wash with warm water;

Turn the frying pan to 50% heat, put the spices in the frying pan and stir fry;

After the spices are stir-fried for a while, add the duck pieces and stir-fry, all are stir-fried over medium heat;

Pour into the braising pot, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine. After 10 minutes of medium heat, change to low heat for 30-40 minutes. Turn over frequently in the middle so that the duck pieces can be coated with the sauce.
Tips:
If you put rice wine or cooking wine, you don't need to add water. Be careful not to dry out the juice.
