Braised Eggplant

1. Wash the eggplant and put it in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

2. Pressed eggplant.

3. Mince garlic and green onions.

4. Put the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry the bean paste. The fried paste tastes better.

5. Add eggplant.

6. Chop it with a shovel.

7. Add green onions and minced garlic, stir fry, add oil.

8. Sprinkle coriander out of the pot.
