Braised Fish Belly with Green Pepper

Cut the fish belly into sections; cut the green pepper into sections and set aside

Marinate for a few minutes with cooking wine, salt, pepper, green onions, and ginger.

Pour a little oil into the pan, put the belly of the fish separately in the pan, and fry them until browned on both sides. The rest is prepared.

In a separate pot, put the freshly marinated fish belly into the pan, saute the fragrant, and put in the fried fish belly.

Add green peppers and stir fry for 1 minute, cover and simmer for 2 minutes, then add vinegar, cooking wine, Haitian soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

After the high heat is simmered, simmer on a low heat. When the juice is almost harvested, it can be out of the pot.
