Braised Fish Belly with Taro Dry

1. Wash the fish belly

2. Cut into pieces

3. Frying pan

4. Add the fish belly and fry

5. Fry one side, turn it over and fry the other side

6. Dried taro cut into sections

7. Soak in water for 2 hours

8. Boil water and heat the taro to dry, about 5 minutes

9. Pick up and drain the water

10. Saute Ginger

12. Add fish belly

13. Add appropriate amount of water, add oyster sauce, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes
