Braised Fish Belly with Taro Dry

Wash the fish belly

Cut into pieces

Frying pan

Add the fish belly and fry
5.
Fry one side, turn it over and fry the other side

Dried taro cut into sections

Soak in water for 2 hours

Boil water and heat the taro to dry, about 5 minutes

Pick up and drain the water

Saute Ginger

Put the taro

Add fish belly

Add appropriate amount of water, add oyster sauce, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes

Add chopped green onion

Tips:
Fry the fish with high heat first, then turn to slow heat
