Casserole Fish Head Casserole

1. Wash the fish head and fish belly, put it in a bowl, add salt, sugar, cooking wine, oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, and marinate for 20 minutes

2. Wash the ingredients and cut them for later use

3. Put a little oil in the casserole, add the ingredients and stir fragrant

4. Add the marinated fish head and fish belly

5. Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 7 minutes, without opening the lid on the way

6. After 7 minutes, add a small amount of rice wine to the lid of the pot and continue to cook for another minute

7. Add green onions, cover and cook for another 30 seconds, then out of the pan

Tips:

1. Add marinated juice when cooking, the taste is more fragrant
2. Adding rice wine can remove the fishy smell and enhance the fragrance. You can also add cooking wine or other wine without rice wine, or not add it.
