Braised Fish Tail Tofu

Prepare ingredients

Cut tofu, slice ginger, cut green onion

Make two cuts on each side of the fish tail

Add oil to the pan and heat up, add the fish tails and fry to make golden brown on both sides

Add the green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed, and fry until fragrant. Add dried chili, drizzle in cooking wine and rice vinegar.
