Braised Fish with Scallions

Clean up the fish

Wash and cut scallions

Heat oil, add scallions and stir fry until fragrant

Put in the partial mouth fish

Add water

Tips:
In order to keep the fish intact, it is not advisable to turn the noodles when cooking. The soup should be more watery and the fish should be cooked thoroughly at one time.
