Braised Golden Fish

Clean the Jinchang fish, dip it in dry flour, and fry the fish in a frying pan.

Fry the Jinchang fish until it is slightly yellow on both sides. (Be sure to amplify the ingredients in the oil pan to remove the fishy smell)

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.
