Braised Lamb

Wash lamb ribs and cut into small pieces. (The size is arbitrary, my child is small, so the block is relatively small)

Cut the green onion into large pieces and set aside

Two star anise

A little oyster sauce (I prefer Chubang)

The cut meat is marinated with star anise, green onion, oyster sauce and salt.

Those who like the color can add some braised soy sauce. (I like Chubang brand)

Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour to taste.

Put a little oil in the wok and fry the meat, stir-fry the meat in the wok until the color changes slightly, then add potatoes (the child is willing to eat).

Add warm water and simmer until the soup is dry. (Adjust the time according to personal taste. My kids eat so it takes a long time.)

After the soup dries out, take it out of the pot. It would be better to match it with your favorite plate (¬㉨¬)
