Lamb Rib Pasta

Lamb chops are soaked in water with cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and bloody water. Soak for about 10 minutes.

After soaking, drain the water, put in a bowl, pour 1 teaspoon of red wine, vanilla, cumin powder, black pepper powder and olive oil, and marinate for about 2 hours
