Braised Lamb Chops

Lamb wash and drain

Prepare ingredients: dried red pepper, pepper, star anise, green onion, ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger garlic, pepper and star anise until fragrant

Add the red pepper and fry it for a nice flavor

Stir fry the lamb

Stir-fry the moisture and get the oil

Add rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oil consumption, stir fry for color,

Add water over the lamb, turn to a low heat and simmer for about 60 minutes

One-third of the water left, add salt and sugar, turn to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes

Boil the soup out of the pot
