Braised Lamb with White Radish
1.
Slice ginger for later use, soak wolfberry in water for later use.

Blanch the mutton for later use.

Cut the white radish into a hob shape and set aside.

Heat the pan with a little oil.

Stir the ginger slices.

Stir the lamb in the pan for a while.

Add the white radish and stir fry together.

Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry.

Put the mutton and white radish into the pressure cooker and add an appropriate amount of water.

Add the soaked goji berries.
11.
Close the lid and adjust for half an hour.
12.
Place it out of the pot and decorate with coriander.
