Braised Large Intestine

Wash the inside and outside of the large intestine with flour, white vinegar, and salt.

Thaw the old marinade.
3.
Cook for 15 minutes to remove foam.
4.
Place the large intestine, old marinade, 1 green onion, 3 cloves of garlic, light soy sauce, and old soy sauce in a casserole and simmer for 3 hours.
5.
Leave to marinate overnight, then serve, and the old marinade will be preserved.
