Braised Loofah with Shrimp

Prepare shrimp and loofah. Thaw the quick-frozen shrimp and drain the water.

Remove the skin of the loofah and cut into hob pieces.

Blanch the loofah and drain the water.

Pour oil into the pot and sauté the ginger.
