Braised Mackerel in Soy Sauce

1. Take out the internal organs of the mackerel and wash it.

2. Make a few strokes on each side of the fish.

3. Add appropriate amount of water to the bean paste and mix well.

4. Cut green onion into sections, and slice ginger.

5. Heat oil in a pan and add mackerel mackerel.

6. Fry both sides.
