Braised Noodle Soba Cat Ears

Mix buckwheat flour and whole wheat flour, add water to make a harder dough

Pull a piece of dough down, roll it into a long strip first, grab a handful of corn flour as hand flour to avoid sticking your hands

Take a piece of noodles and put it between your fingers, and use your other hand to pull a smaller piece down

Then put the noodles on your palm and rub it with the thumb of the other hand

Continue to rub down, the dough will roll up into cat ears

One cat ear complete

Continue to rub the remaining noodles into cat ears

Boil the cat’s ears in boiling water. After cooking, you can spend it in cold water.

Pour the cooked cat ears with stewed and start eating
Tips:
Remember to make the dough harder, otherwise you won’t be able to rub the cat’s ears, and it will stick to your hands. If it becomes soft by accident, add some flour and mix it again to remedy it until the rubbing does not stick to your hands.
