Rye Noodles and Multigrain Buns

Mix rye flour, soba noodles and oatmeal together.

Add water and stir to form a flour ear.
3.
Add Angel yeast and water, and mix into dough.
4.
Proof the dough for a while.
5.
The proofed dough is made into steamed buns and steamed in a steamer for 15 minutes.
