Braised Noodles with Beans
1.
Cut the green onion and ginger into pieces, mince the garlic, and cut the onion into thin slices! Cut carrots into long strips! You can cut it any way you want. Cut the beans into sections! Cut the potatoes into long strips. Cut the fungus into small pieces after soaking! Cut the pork belly into thin slices.
2.
Warm up the oil! Add pork belly and stir fry for two minutes, then add half of the minced garlic until fragrant
3.
Put in rock sugar, put in (the shovel for cooking) one and a half tablespoons of soy sauce and cooking wine (forgot to take the picture, and the video screenshot was taken, but the review failed)! Don't put the beans first!
4.
Then add onion ginger, onion carrot! (Why in order? It is for the taste and flavor! The dishes can maintain the original shape and not be soft)! Then add the beans, fungus and potatoes! Add boiling water to the dish. This should be stir-fried evenly, without turning off the heat during the period. The hot water should be one centimeter below the vegetables. Prepare a separate bowl and put a portion of the soup in the pot into the bowl!
5.
Is the food rich? Adjust the taste and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Spread the dish flat, (don't let the soup show, and don't have too little, otherwise the fire dish will stick to the bottom!) Then put the noodles on top of the dish! Time for three minutes! Don't lift the lid during this period! When the time is up, pour the soup just poured on the edge of the pot! Right amount! Don't fall down! Then simmer for another minute! Turn off the heat! Add the other half of minced garlic. Stir the noodles evenly! If the noodles are still dry, pour the excess broth and stir evenly.
Tips:
Be sure to use a non-stick pan! Otherwise you will regret it!
