Braised Noodles with Cabbage

Take a clean dish, drip in cooking oil, and spread evenly.

Spread the noodles on the plate.

Put water in the pot to boil, and put the noodles in the steamer. Cover the pot and steam on high heat for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take out the plate and shake the noodles with chopsticks. Keep steaming in the steamer for 3 minutes. Take out the plate, drip sesame oil into the noodles, shake well, and set aside.

Put the shiitake mushrooms in a bowl, soak in warm water until soaked.

Wash the pork belly, slice it, and put it in a bowl for later use.

Add 1 bowl of hot water and boil for another 2 minutes.

Spread the noodles flat on top of the cabbage, turn to medium-low heat, cover the pot, and simmer until the soup is almost gone.

Open the lid, turn the noodles over, pour in the soup, and close the lid. Simmer until the soup is almost exhausted.

Open the lid, pour in the eggs, chopped green onions and the other half of the garlic, stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.

Tips:
The noodles are first steamed, mixed well, and dispersed. The noodles made are not dry or scattered, and they are strong and delicious.
