Hairtail has delicate meat, delicious taste and rich nutrition. Braised octopus in brown sauce is the most common cooking method. After being fried, it is cooked thoroughly, and it is good with wine and rice.

Braised Octopus

1. Wash the hairtail, drain the water and cut into sections

2. Prepare the seasoning

3. Pour oil in a hot pan, add a little cornstarch to the oil at 7 minutes (so that the oil will not splash)

4. Put the octopus one by one

5. Fry until both sides change color, then pick up

6. Put the scallion, ginger, and garlic cloves in to burst the fragrance

7. Put the octopus back into the pot and pour the rice wine

8. Pour in the braised soy sauce and stir fry evenly

9. Add boiled water and cook for the flavor, then sprinkle in the chopped green onion, turn off the heat, and bring out the pot

10. Serve

Tips:

1. Seafood has a natural salty taste. The soy sauce added to the braised octopus tastes enough in my family. No salt is added. The taste of each family is different. Adjust according to your own taste
