Braised Octopus

Remove the viscera, wash and cut into pieces, then add a little salt and cooking wine to marinate for 5-10 minutes

Cut the garlic, green garlic head and leaves well and set aside

Hot pot oil (80% hot)

Put the octopus pieces in the pot and fry them

Deep fry until golden brown on both sides and oil control for use

Tips:
1. Because salt is added when marinating, the chopped pepper also contains salt, so I didn't add salt and light soy sauce during frying (I like salty but not salty), and try to add it according to the taste. 2. When simmering, pour some rice wine with lees to make the meat more tender (according to personal taste)
