Braised Octopus
1.
Wash hairtail, cut into sections and drain.
2.
Wash the ginger onion and chili and cut into sections.
3.
Put oil in the pan and fry the octopus.
4.
Fry the hairtail until the surface is golden brown, then turn it over and continue frying.
5.
Fry the octopus until golden on both sides, then add ginger, spring onion and chili and stir fry.
6.
Stir-fry the ginger, green onion and chili, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce.
7.
Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil, turn to a low heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
8.
Collect the juice.
9.
Platter.
