Braised Octopus

1. Wash the hairtail.

2. Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and aniseed.

3. After the oil is hot in the pot, add the hairtail section.

4. Add soy sauce and sugar and stir fry.

5. Add green onion, ginger, garlic and pepper aniseed and simmer.

6. Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 10 minutes. After the water is boiled, add salt to taste and bring out the pot.
