Braised Octopus

Ingredients: 500g hairtail Ingredients: garlic, chives, ginger, starch Seasoning: Daofu Chinese braised sauce, edible oil, cooking wine, salt

Wash the octopus and cut into 5cm fish segments, then cut the fish with a knife on both sides
