I make homemade tofu with black medlar in it. Stewed it with cabbage for lunch today!

Braised Old Tofu with Cabbage

1. Homemade black wolfberry old tofu, cut into small pieces

2. Heat an appropriate amount of salad oil in a pot, add tofu cubes and fry

3. Fry until golden on all sides and remove

4. Use kitchen paper towels to soak up the surface oil

5. Wash the cabbage and cut into small strips

6. Leave a little base oil in the pot and heat it up, then add the cabbage strips

7. Stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water and half a box of thick soup

8. After boiling, put the fried old tofu in

9. Stew until the cabbage becomes soft, add some salt to taste

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:

If you want tofu to taste delicious, you can simmer for more time, and you can also use chopsticks to make a few small holes in the tofu
