Opium fish head is delicious and rich in gum. My family will buy it later and braise it with tofu. It is convenient and quick, and it is a very popular dish.

Braised Opium Fish Head

1. Add oil in a hot pan, add scallion, ginger and garlic and fry to get a fragrance

2. Fry the fish head over low heat until the fish head crusts

3. Turn it over and fry for a while

4. Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, and sprinkle in salt. Cover the pot

5. Put in water

6. Dice the jade tofu into pieces and add to the pot

7. When the broth is less, add chopped green onion to garnish

Tips:

1. Don't use a spatula to turn over the tofu at will after you put the jade tofu, because the tofu is fragile.
2. Yuzi tofu can also be replaced with southern tofu.
