Oxtail has always been a famous delicacy. I like the taste of QQ best. Especially the thin layer of tendons attached to the bones, it is especially enjoyable to chew. In the past, when making oxtail, most of them were stewed in oxtail soup. Add potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and celery, and fill a big pot, eat it in your mouth, how much solid wood the oxtail is.
