Braised Oxtail with Scallions

Soak the oxtail in clean water to remove the blood, put the water and cooking wine in the pressure cooker, and stew the oxtail

Wash the green onion and cut into sections for later use. Stew the oxtail. After adding the valve, the oxtail is soft for about 40 minutes

Put vegetable oil at the bottom of the pot, add oxtail, green onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, honey to make a juice

Pour the juice into the pot and let the oxtail dip evenly in the sauce

Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes to taste, harvest the juice on high heat, add fresh green onion leaves to garnish
