Braised Oyster Mushrooms

Wash the oyster mushrooms in water and tear them into large pieces by hand. Cooked thoroughly.

Let cool and drain the water.

Put a little bit of blending oil on the bottom of the pot and add the fat. (My fat meat was left over from beating the meat this morning.) Put in some blending oil, otherwise the fat meat will be mushy if you put it directly.
