Prepare fresh shrimp and fat oil,

White radish is cut into cubes

Hollow out the middle,

Mix shrimp meat and fatty meat, add salt, pepper, starch, egg white,

Stuff the meat into the radish,

Tips:
Don't stuff too much when stuffing meat, the radish mentality will expand!
