It's a simple steamed dish. I didn't use broth in the last step. Since it's made for children, let's use fresh milk instead! Light and creamy, you can try too! O(∩_∩)O

Bai Yuxi

1. Prepare fresh shrimp and fat oil,

2. White radish is cut into cubes

3. Hollow out the middle,

4. Fresh shrimps are cleaned and chopped into granules with the back of a knife.

5. Chop the fat into froth,

6. Mix shrimp meat and fatty meat, add salt, pepper, starch, egg white,

7. Stir clockwise evenly and vigorously, add appropriate amount of oil and mix well again,

8. Stuff the meat into the radish,

9. After steaming the steamer, put it in steam for 15 minutes,

10. Just pour fresh milk out of the pot.

Tips:

Don't stuff too much when stuffing meat, the radish mentality will expand!
