Braised Pangasius

Prepare the ingredients: wash the pangasius and cut into sections for later use.

Cut the green onions and ginger.

Pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices and stir fragrant.

Pan-fried fish until golden brown on both sides.
